  John L. Easterling III, President and CEO of Pulliam Investment Co., Inc. is directly responsible for all operations of the company. Mr. Easterling is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina Graduate School of Business Administration. He has served as Chairman of the Spartanburg County Transportation Committee and Chairman of the City of Spartanburg Planning Commission. He also served on the Project Design and Architectural Review Committee of the Spartanburg Development Council. A graduate of the 1986 class of Leadership Spartanburg, Mr. Easterling serves on the Board of Governors of the Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Board of Visitors and the Alumni National Council of Clemson University. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of IPTAY, the athletic fund raising organization of Clemson. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Country Club of Spartanburg, former member of the Board of Directors of the Arts Council of Spartanburg, former Spartanburg County IPTAY Chairman, former President of the Spartanburg County Clemson Club and past President of the Spartanburg Touchdown Club.   Norman F. Pulliam was President of Pulliam Investment from 1970 to 1999 when he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, and now serves as Chairman Emeritus. He is a graduate of Clemson University and Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Pulliam has had extensive real estate experience and has developed, owned and/or managed real estate valued in excess of $400 million dollars in office buildings, apartments, condominiums, retirement communities, assisted living facilities, and commercial land development. He served for 12 years as Chairman of the South Carolina Manufactured Housing Board. He is a past member of the Board of Visitors of Clemson University and Board of Trustees of Spartanburg Day School. He served for 13 years as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Spartanburg Development Council and has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce. He is past Chairman of the Piedmont Chapter of the American Red Cross, past President of the Spartanburg Boys Home and he has also served as a Director of the Spartanburg Girls Home, Spartanburg Arts Council, and Chairman of Spartanburg Convention and Visitors Bureau. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for the South Carolina School for the Deaf, Blind and Multi- Handicapped. He is a Trustee of the Walker Foundation, Limestone College and the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare Foundation. He is also Chairman Emiritus of the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Spartanburg. Back to Top
     
  Rhonda Watt Tobias has worked for Pulliam Investment Co., Inc. since April 1986. Rhonda was promoted to Treasurer in November 2003 and to Vice President of Finance in January 2007. A native of Woodruff, South Carolina she is a 1986 graduate of Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Rhonda oversees all of the accounting matters for the company, as well as preparing year end partnership returns. Rhonda is a resident of Roebuck, South Carolina and attends Bethlehem Baptist Church where she is active in working with the children. She has been involved with the Roebuck area school's PTO for the past thirteen years. She has three daughters, one grandson and is married to Dean Tobias. Back to Top
